The town of Brugg lies at the junction of the three major rivers Aare, Reuss and Limmat. All three of them have been used as major transport routes since Roman times. Hence, there are plenty of bridges in and around the town, which have also given their name to the place: Brugg. Today, there is an ambundance of bridges from across the ages for you to marvel at.
